This American Bald Eagle image was captured at the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge located south of Tallahassee, Florida along the Gulf of Mexico on October 31, 2018 by yours truly, Bill, with a Nikon D850 and a Nikon 200-500MM lens.
The original of this image is posted as "American Bald Eagle Incoming" which is next to this image. However, I personally found the sky boring so I decided to add some interest to it in a copy of the original image resulting in this "American Bald Eagle Incoming TWO" image.
As explained in the original image description this bald eagle chased the Osprey (Time To Fly) away from the dead pine limb shown in the image before perching on it. I was lucky to have captured both the Osprey as it took flight to leave the limb to make room for the incoming eagle as it knew it was outgunned and stood no chance against the eagle.
I am keeping all 4 images on our site so possible buyers of copies can choose if he/she prefers the original images or the "TWO" images with the enhanced skies.
I actually captured all these images with my Nikon D850 camera. I captured the sky image some time ago using a Sigma wide angle lens and the osprey & the eagle using a Nikon 200-500MM lens, again, both with a Nikon D850 camera. I combined the 2 "TWO" images using Photoshop CC, which took considerable time and patience.
