Deb and I were photographing all things of interest on beautiful Jekyll Island, Georgia on February 11, 2017 when we came across this delightfully small bulldog and its owner. Of course, we asked the owner if it was OK if we snapped a few images of his dog. He said "sure" so we got to it. This was one of the first images captured so I thought it would be a good idea to also make it the first one to be posted. As you see the dog is looking back at us as if wondering what we were up to. Once the owner had given his approval this unusually short-legged bulldog came over to us and starting checking us our by smelling of our legs, hands and so forth. It turned out to be a very friendly dog and had no problem posing for us.
I decided this first posting would be of a digital abstract painting I completed this morning of one of Deb's images. I actually processed this through 3 digital software programs to get it to this final stage. We realize this is will not be to everyone's "liking" but any one style of art never is, is it ?
