Pictured is a beautiful Great Egret as it flew over the Ichetucknee River located in north central Florida. Deb I were kayaking the river on Oct. 04, 2014 when this beautiful Great Egret flew by us. Of course, Deb started photographing it as fast as she could and managed to captured a few good images. We hope you like this one. When Deb captured this image shot I had no idea how hard it is to capture a really good quality image of a bird in flight even if you are standing on land. But now that I finally captured one yesterday after trying for so long I have a whole new respect & admiration for Deb's ability plus when you factor in she was sitting on a kayak when she shot this it pushes up my admiration for her even more.
