We visited the Brunswick, Glenn County, Georgia area on July 4, 2020 as we wanted to view the sunrise that early morning. Luckily, mother nature honored us with a beautiful sunrise that morning. We came upon this slightly foggy scene as we were about 1 mile east of the Jekyll Island, GA. causeway entrance so we stopped on the grass by the highway to photograph it using long exposure settings to smooth the sky and the water. After viewing the color image we also decided to edit a black & white version. Since we liked it along with the color version we decided to post this black & white version as well as the color version.
