During one of our recent visits to Savannah, Georgia, USA's Historical District we were walking along Bull Street and came upon this scene at The Six Pence Pub so we photographed the scene several times. The old phone booth was the first thing that catch our attention, followed by the diners outside the Pub.

Yesterday we started working on a copy of the original photograph to see where it would bring us. We never know at the start. Sometimes we keep it as a photograph, sometimes we artistically enhance the photograph into a painting of some sort.

Recently, someone messaged us asking what type of painting method we used on an a particular artwork. We replied we had no exact idea simply because we did not. We always start by making a copy of an image. Then we perform a basic edit, sometimes follow with an advanced edit. Once those are completed we then study the image. Where to go from here, we ask ourselves? The image seems to always lead us to the final artwork, as corny as that may sound to you. We have several digital artistic software programs and are always learning. We never stop learning.

Now back to this work. It seems we produced an Expressionism style of art this time as best as we can tell judging from Expressionism art examples we found on the internet. Regardless we found this to be "pleasing to our eyes". Hopefully, yours too.
