Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface. The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

This action image was captured in May, 2017 while visiting the bird rookery in the Alligator Farm located in St. Augustine, Florida.
As one can see there was a squabble going on between two cattle egrets and one tricolored heron. We're not sure the reason for the squabble but we think it may have had something to do with one breed trying to move in on the other bird breed's territory.
