Deb and I, Bill, are joint copyright owners of this image. As such we choose to sign our art as follows: If Deb photographs the image then the art is signed DB Hayes. D for Deb, B for Bill and, of course, Hayes is self explanatory. If I, Bill, photograph the image then it is signed BD Hayes. This may seem unusual but it works for us and hope it does for you too.
Deb photographed this image using her Canon camera and a wide angle Sigma lens. Therefore, the photograph is signed DB Hayes & dated in the lower left area in the small canal.

Deb photographed this image recently while we visited the Saint Marks National Wildlife Refuge located south of Tallahassee, Florida along the Gulf coast. If one will look closely one can see a bald eagle perched on one of the dead tree limbs just left of the center of the picture plus the nest is shown to the far right in the image also in a dead tree. This same nest has been used by a pair of bald eagles for several years to lay their eggs and raise their off-spring. We have been told there are 3 pairs of bald eagles nesting in the Saint Marks area but we have seen only this one nest.
