This "Feline Art" image started out as a photograph, which we took using a Nikon D850 camera along with a Nikon 300mm F4 PF lens on January 01, 2019 by us in our home. The original was of our only male "tom" cat "Popcorn". WE rescued Popcorn when he was a kitten after he had been placed on a busy parking lot street of a local WalMart. I suspect we started to exit the parking lot just after someone had simply stopped his/her car, opened the door, put Popcorn down and drove away. Just left him there to live or die. We won't write what we think of people that low.
He had fleas over his little body and looked as though he was ready for death as he simply lay squatted there not moving. Of course, being we are animal lovers we could not leave him in that state so we picked him up, looked him in the eyes and asked him "do you want to go home with us"? He let out a weak meow so we put him in the floorboard of our truck and brought him home. Of course, we gave him a bath right away with original blue Dawn to kill the fleas and clean him. Then fed & offered him water, which he was happy to receive. The following Monday morning we brought him to our Vet for a checkup.
He is now a very large (not fat), fully grown, all white, very gentle cat and absolutely loves us.
This morning after editing the original image with Photoshop CC we used several of our digital artistic software programs to achieve the artistic look you see. Hopefully, many of you will find this as "pleasing to your eyes" as we do to ours.
All visits to our FAA-Pixels art sites are welcomed, encouraged and very much appreciated. Please visit often.
